Play it at what the music says until the directior tells you diffrently:) that is the best way to do it..

My school only has nine flutes......... It is very sad....

:shock: NEVER BEND ANYTHING ON YOUR FLUTE YOUR SELF!!!!! :shock: lol You could accidentulay cause some underline problem that can cost hundreds of dollars to fix... I know because I have done it .... that was a hard one to explaine to my mom! :lol:

Don't do Armstrong because their quality has gone way down... Right now I am playing on a Germinhart 3SHB and it is working ok. But if you want an extremely good flute go for a custom hand built model

I think that it all depends on the kind of flute that you have how you should do it. I know that with mine I have to roll it.
