I got second chair in Concert band at school! I beat out all the Freshman and a Junior! One girl is better then me but I was aiming for third so I'm proud. Now I can probably get into Symphonic band next year!

I knew that was what it was called.

I dont think any higher would be very nice sounding. Drive the dogs nuts though.

I guess I cant play that note. I was looking at it and its in small notes (whatever you call that) when it does it (its the intro) so its optional.

I just received my solo for solo contest at school today.

It has a Bb below the staff. How would I play that? I doubt even if I knew the fingering I could play it. Thats pretty low.
