At a garage sale, I came across a Made-In-the-U.S.A. Emerson flute with the number 'C66545' and '1' engraved on it.
I am far from an expert but this is the first flute I've come across that is curved - lite a Button Hook or the letter, "J". The mouth piece isnt on the longer, straight part, but on the smaller, bottom part of the bottom of the J.
I don't know what to call this shape / style so I am having trouble learning about it.
Thanks to anybody who can help.
