Hmm, well what do you need help with exactly?
I know that sometimes mine get uneven, and the only way I can fix that is by slowing them down and playing with my metronome. Also, if you're getting your fingers messed up when playing them, just slow it down and play them in seaquence. The 1st then the 2nd, the 2nd then the 3rd, and so on. Then do 1 2 3, 4 5 6, till you have thr right muscle memory to play them smoothly.

Count like this...
Try doing 1 E and uh for every group of notes. I use to have alot of trouble with them too but that really helps.
