It really depends on your level, where you are, what your budget looks like, and what you want from the program. If you could be a bit more specific about your needs, I'm sure someone here can suggest something for you.

Musicale Summer Holiday Courses (if you're in the UK) - they're great and there's something for every level :D

Yeh, it depends on where you live, Im going to one this summer in Iowa, nobody else lives in Iowa... i dont think

I worked for the Eastern Music Festival three years ago, and had a blast. It's in Greensboro, NC, at the campus of Guilford College. It's a very well-run festival, lots of great guest artists (Bonita Boyd was the guest my year, and James Galway is one of this year's guests) and great rep.

I am going for the second year to Minneapolis to do Wissam Boustany's summer class, In Search of Inspiration. It's not a camp, really, just a week of masterclasses and lessons, but is an amazing experience. Wildacres is a great flute retreat as well!
