My guess would be YES, but I would contact Gemeinhardt or a professional that can handle that task professionally before I take any chances.

Gemeinhardt Flutes Rule
If you are getting back into flute playing, then the Gemeinhardt is the way to go. Easy to play, nice sounds, easy to care for. Go with the obvious choice. Anyway, it's not the flute - it's YOU.

Gemeinhardt Flutes Rule
I've been using the Gemeinhardt Flute since 8th grade (am now 35). I dont know why everyone doesnt have one. It's like having a good hair brush in your purse.
