Check out Nina Perlove's articulation masterclass on youtube, she is very useful with double tonguing and give lots of exercises to do.

Hey there flute girl.
These dimples general mean you're tensing your mouth too much when you play, try and relax your lips a little more. Dimples are an effective way to check your embouchure tension, when they show, you're too tight, when they don't, chances are you're ok
