Try blowing and rolling your R's with no flute.
When you can get that going, try and make your embouchure while you do it (still no flute).
Once you get that down, then add the flute!

The bigger thing you'll encounter is that the pitch is really flexible, and you'll need to be very accuarate (because everybody can hear you!!!).

The Trevor Wye tone book gets my vote, too. I think you need to spend 20 of those 30 minutes on your sound.
