Thanks for the suggestions
Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try the temporary fix first and then send the body and headjoint in for adjusting the size of the headjoint tenon.

How to adjust headjoint fit to body
Hello,
I just obtained a Powell Philharmonic headjoint to upgrade my Sonare flute. The headjoint is in great shape but it fits too loose inside the Sonare body and will not stay in position. What suggestions do you have for my getting it to fit more tightly?
Thanks,

Kessler and Sons, Las Vegas - would you recommend?
Has anyone done business with Kessler and Sons in Las Vegas? I'm considering ordering a piccolo from them but would appreciate some feedback from people who have dealt with them before I place an order.
Thanks,
Thanks,

Difference in playing between "wave" and the regul
Hi,
I'm new to the board. I'm a 3 yr. flute player getting ready to buy an intermediate level piccolo and start piccolo lessons. I'm trying to determine what is the difference and advantage/disadvantage in playing between the "wave" and the regular piccolo headjoint?
thanks

Di Zhao piccolo
Hello, This is my first post. I'm an amateur flutist with 3 years experience. I would like to learn the piccolo also. The Sonare piccolo was recommended to me but is no longer available. I've notice that a new Chinese company, Di Zhao is selling flutes and piccolos. Does anyone know anything about t...
