????? If these are new flutes, why are they so tarnished? Is the air that bad in China? What am I missing here? It's really the air (humidity) in Florida that's the problem. This is the same reason we do not generally stock Silver Saxes here (mostly special order only), because after weeks, not mon...

I know it's tough on band programs now, and you gotta wonder what are the most critical needs of band programs... really, paying to do events to gain more interest in your specific band program is the way to go. I like all the ideas, especially the sponsorship idea... here are a few things floating ...

When they hit a price where you are not losing money, then to sell another at that price is OK, just to get the flutes out in the publ...

Hey Bob, Got what you are saying. Yes, we have these parts available when needed, and it is a great idea to make them accessible by technicians to purchase through our site. Since we just launched the new www.cewinds.com site we do have the capability to add a catalog of parts, and allow techs acces...

Hey Don, What happened with you was that the high bid was only $5.00 higher than what your highest bid was, so not only did we feel the high bidder won at an acceptable price, your bid which was only $5 below was also acceptable for us to sell the item, so we dd what is called a "Second Chance Offer...

Hey Bob (pied_piper), I missed your reply... I thought that I would be emailed when a reply was given... I will now. 8) With our saxophone division, we do supply replacement parts, but rarely have needed any, other than a roller here and there, or thumbrest, etc... nothing major. Honestly though, pe...

Hey Donald, Hope you won a flute. It's funny, RE you comment on "if they are so inexpensive, they can't be good". We went to the Colorado Bandmasters event last month and met with 5 teachers at a private round table who pretty much were sceptics and said the same thing. 4 of the 5 were saxophone pla...

Thanks to everyone for the awesome feedback. We have also learned that the flute playing community can be a tough crowd, which gave us even more reason to make sure we had a solid product and the right credentials before we ever marketed our first flute. (which it didn't stop the critics... lol) The...
