it also looks like there is at least one hole on the bottom, maybe four.
but it is a signal reed.

Would any one Know where to start with this? It was made by CC.Werner Leipzig I thought it was a clarinet, But someone told me it was not. Looks really old almost 100 years?, made in Germany.
