Oh my Gosh I love Candide!!! The
flute solos are so fun, especially the one on the last page. It is a great piece
of music and you are lucky to play it.

does anyone have any breathing suggestions in the last like 3
or 4 lines of the allegro aperto// cadenza? I can never get enough air after the
8th tied to the 16ths and I dont want to end the piece weakly....hmm maybe I
will just learn circular breathing by next week hahaha I wish.

thanks, yeah I would love to be able to get a powell or a

hmm thanks, I tried one....a 700 coda model or something,
and it was nice. the mechanism was HUGE compaired to the yamaha 674H though,
hence the price difference. Anyone else have any thoughts???

I DID play a yamaha 385II but it was damaged recently so I need a new one. I am considering Pearl flutes ( I posted a new topic about it) but I dont know much about them.
