I've been watching flutes like yours for a while on EBay. Here's one with the serial number 83310 that matches your description that sold on Oct. 22 for $430. I doubt this is encouraging but there are a lot of flutes for sale. Maybe on the encouraging side is you can find some nice deals like this ...
