I am considering playing the first movement of the Nielsen Concerto for a concerto competition, but have a time limit of 10 minutes (the first movement averages at 12 min.). Any suggestions for cutting 2 minutes off? If possible, I wouldn't cut any of that piece, but unfortunately, that's not an opt...
