I personally think Geimenhardts are the best student flutes, preferably the 4S, they run around 300 dollars and are amazing

You could cut off some of the orchsetra parts. or condense some of the cadenzas good luck! I'm doing this myself for a concerto competition but thankfully I don't need to shorten the piece. Its a wonderful piece. Do you happen to have the full score by any chance?
