Thanks again for your help! I'm so happy that I'm able to play it now :) You also saved me from having to make a 40-minute trip back to that shop and gas money xD So I'm really thankful.

So it seems like all is well again!
I took your advice, pied_piper and was able to screw that screw in with my fingernail (we don't have any tiny screwdrivers) and now it's playing again :)

I think I found the source of the problem...On the body, the second bar that holds the third and fourth keys seems to be "pushed out" and isn't in line with the first bar like it should be. It's also able to be pressed on (very gently!) and it moves so that's definitely not right. And if I look at i...

Problem with my new flute :( Help!

So the good news is that yesterday I bought a new flute :) It's an Azumi 2000RBE. The bad news is that now I can't get my lower notes to come out. I played it at the store again before I bought it yesterday and everything was perfect, rich tone in the low register (all the notes came out beautifully...
