I think that trying flute would be a great idea...my lil sis plays percussion so I know a little too...and I think that as long as you have a good instructor, it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck!

u guys r lucky...i wanted 2 get an alto sax SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO badly 4 x-mas...or @ least a new flute b/c mine is INCREDIBLY CRAPPY, but i got neither. oh well...do any of u guys know how much sax's can cost? r they lots of $?!? i hope not...
