Lol I had so much trouble with my intermediate gem. 3bsh the sound was so stuffy, i had terrible intonation problems, i could never play loud. when I "upgraded" to my miyazawa professional model, all of those problems went away. I also never had intonation problems or dynamic issues ...

Lately I've been working diligently trying to get my ear trained and my notes in tune. I work with a tuner and piano everyday but can't seem to fix my super sharp C#. ummm double tonguing; let me just stress that
try and sound as pretty and light as possible....decrescendos on ascensding runs and crescendos on descending runs...typical french
