I learned flute about 3 months ago (im better way better than you would think), by myself and now i am not sure what i should really be practicing. can someone help me?

i have been looking for new flutes. i used to play on a closed hole, and i found a resonable preiced open holed one. what would it be like if i have to switch?

at a show yesterday i was in the orchestra with my flute (30$ off ebay) which i loved sooooooo much! and then we had an ice cream party there and when i went back my flute was GONE! i dont know what to do.
