Thank you. ^_^ Things finally seem to be in order.

There is no "edit signature" option in my user control panel.
Also, "The avatar functionality is currently disabled." and "You are not authorised to read private messages."
And if I don't immediately edit this last line, I still have to wait for approval before my posts are added to the board.

So, how long after making three approved posts are we allowed to be accepted members of the forum? I would send a private message asking this, but, of course, . . .

I appreciate that you are trying to prevent spamming, but it's hard to "settle into" the community if you're met with suspicion and not allowed to make your own identiy.
