Well, I guess it's official; Mr Drelinger asked me to never, under any circumstances, have contact with his office again. Unbelievable rudeness; I don't know how he stays in business. Great product and I would like to buy another one. I will again search the internet for a good used one.

Just last week I had interaction with Drelinger. He was so rude and seemed to have a sense of entitlement to be rude. I would suggest buying on an alternative dealer of individual.
