Lessons

Meghan, I know you don't like American Music, but I'm going
to get lessons there. If you want, we can get them together, they alow that.
Tell me if you want to go with me since Miss Spinella is so mean to us during
our lessons in school. I think she hates kids.[;)]

Your daughter can blow into the headjoint and make a sound, right? In case you don't know what the headjoint is, it is the part with a lip riser (part where you blow into). If she can do this, she's on the right track! When I started flute and piccolo, that's what they had me do before I did anythin...

Trouble with High E Naturals

Meghan, I figured out what you usually do
wrong! You forget to take off your left ring finger when you play it. You take
it off a little bet, but your finger still holds the key about half way down.
Try to correct this and you'll be able to play it.

Flutes and eBay

[quote] ---------------- On 6/14/2004 4:20:38 PM If you go to eBay to search for a flute, you can never decide which one to buy and who to trust. I recently bought a flute from eBay and it was brand new for only 100.00. It is a nice flute and a good price because i've been renting one for three year...

I know there is nothing wrong with my flute but maybe how I have my lips positioned. Can somebody give me tips??? Meg...
