I'm not sure if I had this problem before I got my new flute.. i've found out the problem.. it was mostly my embouchure.. i was concentrating too much on a certain time of pretty sound i wanted to have but my embouchure was just.. not right lol.. hard to explain but i think hopefully, i ahve solved my problem! thanks!

I might consider the PEarl flutes.. but it depends on their pricing.. How do PEARL flutes compare in price to YAMAHAs? I am looking at intermediate flutes but I'm not sure whether I need solid silver in just the headjoint.. After thinking about it.. I decided to just not buy a used flute b/c its kind of hard to find a good one and it takes SO much work. but my parents decided to buy me a new flute now so yeah :) thanks for all your advice
