hiya, I have braces. It wasn't very difficult to start back up on flute. It won't take long for your mouth to get better, only around a week. It does take a little while to get your embrosure to where you were able to play before the braces, but if you practice alot it will probably come easy. Don't...

How would I try different flutes before I buy one? Is that possible? My price range for now i would say id around $1000 dollors give or take a few hundred. I do have...pretty long fingers so probably inline for me i'm guessing. I will probably go with the b foot. thanks again :D

It's always hard to have a band director like that, believe me I know. You just have to stay calm. You might as others have said want to approach him and ask him calmly ! It's not good to get in a fight with him or her on account of it could affect your grade, even though it shouldn't. :?
