Well what the title says. I wanted to know if the piccolo is played the same as the flute. I have read that the fingering is the same, but I have not found anything about the embouchure. Is it the same or not?
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Help with unusual problem
Hello, I wanted to ask for advice on this problem that I have and it has been happening to me for a long time. The fact is that when I remove my lips from the flute, the part of the lip that covers the hole in the bezel remains marked and it bothers me, I hardly press the bezel against my lips or so...

Flute approximate price
Hello, I would like to know what is the current approximate price of a yamaha 581 limited edition 100 anniversary. The differences (that I know, it is likely that there are some more) compared to a yamaha 581 are that it is made entirely of silver, and has a gold coating (which does not go through i...

Re: Slow response
Yes, it happens all the time. It is very light so it is not noticeable in not very fast works, but when playing for example a passage of sixteenth notes chopped in vivance or slower the sounds are mixed and I have to play them slower. I think it happens in all the notes but I'm not sure. Thank you v...

Neck Pain
Hello, playing the flute hurts the back of my neck. Why can this be? How can I solve it? Should I go to the doctor ?. My lectern is pretty low so I have to duck my head a little to play, could that be why?

Hello, I will not be able to teach with my teacher for 5 months, what do you recommend to continue progressing on my own? Do you know any online flute course in Spanish? (I don't care if it's paying)

Hello, one of the screws of my flute is constantly loose, if I tighten it properly as it should be, the B flat key is blocked. I wanted to know how to fix it without having to take a flute to repair.

Re: Good Quality Intermediate Flute on a Budget
An intermediate / advanced flute is difficult to find new for $ 1,000 I recommend that you also look at second hand flutes, sometimes there are some very interesting ones. If you want a new flute this one has good specs. $ 100 of your budget is spent. But on the page the manufacturer says that you c...
