Cleaning Cloths/Swabs - Wash how often?

Hi,

I'm teaching myself to play the flute and I love it!

I have a question about about cleaning cloths.

I bought the Hodge Flute Silk Swab (https://www.amazon.com/Hodge-FB1-Flute- ... flute+silk) and it seems to be working pretty well. Is this a good cleaning cloth, or does any one have other preferences?

Also, do you wash your cleaning cloth in the washing machine, and if so, on what settings?

I'm very interested in hearing any answers!

Treat it the same as any nice clothing. When it begins to show signs of getting dirty, wash it. Use the delicate cycle...
