B Key Dead
New to flutes- but doing nothing half way, I was given an older one and upon a few weeks of research and videos I dismantled it, cleaned it, replaced pads and reassembled. Because I like to know how things work. It all went well, few air leaks. I was pretty proud of myself until I noticed my B key is dead. I’ve studied and stared at the springs and cannot figure out which is out of place. They all appear to be in their proper niches. Could someone help me as to which one is supposed to raise the B key and it’s proper position? The flute is an Arganaut

Re: B Key Dead
Are you referring to the LH thumb key or the LH 1st finger?
"Never give a flute player a screwdriver."
