for a chromatic scale you have to play all the notes in between the two extremes (the low note and the high note) for this chromatic scale you would play
f,f#,g,g#,a,a#,b,c,c#,d,d#,etc.
At first you need to play it at a slower tempo but as you practice it more you can bump up the speed some.
