Hello all!
I just turned 62 and decided I want to start playing flute, I last played 45 years ago
I now have a beautiful Gemienhart with the low b gizmo
My question is how do I organize my practice time? Right now I’m just playing disney songs, pretty out of tune and not counting very well
How should I organize and plan my practice time? I am retired so I can practice daily

Good for you and welcome back to the flute!
It's best to divide your time between working on fundamentals (scales, rhythm, tone, etc.) and actual songs. That way, you build your skills but also get to work on enjoyable and familiar music too.
I highly recommend the Trevor Wye beginner books. I've included links to the books but they can be purchased at a local music store or online and are not terribly expensive.

I would also suggest private lessons from a flute teacher (in person or online) to help you make the most of your time and efforts.
