Major & minor scales AND common & 7th chord arpeggios

Post by Kristin »

Does anyone know
of a website that has all of these written out? Both on the staff and in letter
form are okay. I have Rubank lesson books from my teacher and they HAVE the
scales in them, but they''re exercises with the scales. I want to learn ALL
the scales (I already know most of the major and some of the minor ones) and
I''d like to memorize the dominant/diminished 7th and common chords of the
major/minor scales. I googled and searched on Yahoo and couldn''t find
anything like this. Do you all know of any sites? Or is there anyone out there
who is venturous enough to type it all out if they know it? [;)] Thanks!

Hi~ I will look
in some of our books here and see if we have them in a book. My daughter has
them all memorized ...I will ask her after school if it would be too big of a
job to type them out for you. Kim

I found this
site: www.sibelius.com/education/scales It seems pretty good, but the 7th
arpeggios, both diminished and dominant, look different than the ones in my
book. Of course, the ones in my book are exercises and follow weird patters so I
could be wrong... but can someone who knows them look at the site (you have to
download Scorch... it's a simple download, much like Java) and tell me if they
are, indeed, correct? I would be most appreciative [:halo:]
