Just watched Garth Davies, LSO master class,
Of course he is a very good player. question: his embrochure is very much on the left side. ?? I wonder why.
Should I try to copy that?

Re: embrochure
The embouchure is somewhat personal and unique to each person. Some (most?) play centered, but there are also some very good players that play slightly to the left or right. Experiment with different positions, but concentrate on getting a good tone. You will settle in to what works best for you. Of course, private study is always a good idea to help evaluate your embouchure.

Closest flute teacher is 300 miles from where I live in Panama.
I would say Garth Davis is extreme. Whatever works!

If you have a webcam, there are some teachers who will conduct virtual lessons via the internet.
