You probably mean Woodwind & Brasswind. They actually went bankrupt not too long ago, though, so you won't have the option of buying from them in future. I personally don't trust them for anything more than cleaning/maintainance supplies (and then only if the local music store is out of stock), as I've had several negative experiences with them.

I ordered a very nice oboe from WwBw. Everything went really went and I felt very confident in the sale. However, the I ordered a flute from them. When I got it not a single note would play and the wooden headjoint I ordered had a massive crack. Needless to say they received an angry phone call and I received a discount!

when i got my flute from them they sent me three and and I got to try all three... only one had a problem and that was that there was a leak in one of the keys... other than that no problem... so we decided to go with them for the pic as well and ended up getting it way cheaper than the listed price because we found a new one on the net much cheaper... so they matched it... i got the pic (they only sent one this time) and it was ok except the cork was dry so it didnt work to well and I couldnt get the end cap to screw up or down... so we called Gem. and talked to a "flute player" who had no idea what we were talking about... so yeah we called and complained and they sent me a new one which was much better... but other than that we havnt had a problem... but like i said.. i would never buy a pro flute or pic from them...
