Well, there's always Night Soliloquy, the "original" flute and wind ensemble concerto (Kent Kennan, 1940), and the Badings Concertino. Also, Vivaldi piccolo concerto in C major and at least one of the Mozart concerti have been arranged for flute and winds. Among newer works, check out Mike Mower's website, www.itchyfingers.com, for his 'flute and band' section. Two works stand out to me, Opus di Jazz and Concerto for Flute and Wind Ensemble. Parts and sound files (Galway, I think) are available for each. Jazzy.
