I cannot believe all of these classical people are not hip to YNGWIE MALMSTEEN LICKS. All Yngwie does is steal licks from Bach. Opus3 by Bach is one that Yngwie abuses. He also plays alot of arpegios.

In his early days of Rising Force, and the Yngwie album, were some of the best things he ever did. My favorite was the Viking song!

Nope, never heard of them. But, chances are, are that I have played some of it, but didnt pay attention to the composer (I used to to that a lot in high school).

I doubt you played any of it. Yngwie Malmsteen is a guitarist known for his incredible technique and metal sound. Not really the type of stuff you'd ever play on flute.

Oh.... okay. See, I didnt know if this composer wrote any flute music. I used to just pick up a piece of music, and say "this looks good", and learn to play it. All the while, I wouldnt ever look at the composer, and sometimes I wouldnt even pay attention to the name. Oh well.

Hmmm...the Viking Song. I think I will stay with the Mozarts and Bachs of the world, thank you very much. :D

Yes, I tend to do that too, and then realize it during a band pop quiz. Sigh.
