Trill Question

For Pennsylvania's All-State Wind Ensemble music this year, we're playing the Barber Commando March, which is awesome . . . but pretty difficult. Does anyone know of a really fantastic way to trill high Bb to high C? It's a sustained trill, and I've been fingering it using the F#3 with the thumb Bb key . . . overblowing it . . . and trilling my thumb. This has been working out ok, but does anyone know of anything different?

Try experimenting with them to see what works best for you and your flute.

the fingering I use for that is:

thumb Bb key, and f key with the trill key between the f and e key depressed as well. I then trill the thumb Bb key, and it overblows to the C.

If that's the case, it shouldn't matter which thumb key you trill since the F key is down. Maybe I'm missing something?
