HELP! Selling my Gemeinhardt M3S
I am considering selling my Gemeinhardt M3S 604926. How much do you think I should sell it for?

The area in which you're selling it, it's condition, how recently it's been seen by a tech, etc. will all influence its value. We're not really in the appraisal business here, but if you can provide some additional details, we can probably help you out. Chances are it's not worth more than a couple hundred dollars. Student flutes (particularly older models like the M3S) don't hold their value very well.

Older Gemeinhardts are not worth much due to the fact that the newer ones have an improved scale & design, as well as the over abundance of newer flutes available at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, the M series Gemeinhardts do not sell well on the used flute market.
Generally, a used flute should sell for about 1/2 to 3/4 what its current selling price (not MSRP) is, depending on condition. Since this flute is no longer produced, there really is nothing to compare it to. I have seen people trying to pass them off as 3SB's, but they really are nothing like the newer flutes. I would highly recommend taking it to a dealer. It is possible that they could give you an estimate of what you could get for it.
