I would contact fluteworld.com [they are in Michigan I believe]. They sell used instruments [and new], and they might help you sell it. They certainly get more traffic than this board does though.

I would absolutly die for this flute (I play a pearl) but...money is tight around here and I wouldn't be able to offer anything close to what its worth. Oh well...maybe next time.

I think the pics are good. When taking pictures to sell an instrument, a neutral background is best because it does not take away from the instrument. Now for a pretty pictures, why not!
Also, for selling the instrument, I would take out the pad saver (the thing inside it). Many people think these things are a no no (including myself) and may question the condition of the pads if they see it. Good luck!
