teacher or dose your school affer a biggner band?? You could became a part in
that also. Anyways if you have any qestions about the flute just ask. Also have
you gotten a flute or rented one?? If not and if your looking for one I think
the best flutes especail for a biggner would be a Armstrong if you need more

you really want to play and its not a joke just jay so. And if you want to stay
on this message board I think you need to change your screen name all in favor
for making him/her change there name say I[:0] Change name

I don't see what's wrong with their name. It's just an
opinion. We hold the opinion that flutes are better than trumpets... so why
shouldn't other people, say trumpeters, have the opposite opinion? Getting
upset because a trumpeter who wants to learn the flute says trumpets are better
is not going to endear them to learning flute... and we've lost a flute convert
who will always hold the opinion that trumpets are better than flutes. If they
learn flute, and flautists are nice to them, then maybe one day they'll like
flutes better than trumpets. I like bassoons better than flutes. But I still
love the flute. Shall I leave?

I don't think the person needs to be kicked off because
of a name but do either of you take that post seriously? I am really this was a
fly by joke. I don't play will you teach me? I mean really do you think this is
a serious request? Save your typing for real topics or for all I care keep up
this silliness.

I've made similar requests to that myself, in all
seriousness. It was, in fact, the way I got started on the flute...

I think: even though this place is for flutists, it does
not mean that flute has to be their favorite instruments. For my case, it is,
but she likes trumpet better than flute, but either way, still is a flutist. But
if she was going around saying that trumpet is way better than the flute, and
bragging about it, than she does not deserve to come onto this site! Let's just
wait and see...

I agree that she or he doesn't need to be kicked off this
sight, but if she didn't really mean that she wanted to lean how to play the
flute, then why is he or she even n this sight???

Because he or she is most likely an immature little kid
doing this because he or she thinks it's funny. Why else?
