Recommendation for a piece

Post by chaos0008 »

Hi all! :)

Some background info, my brother's wedding is coming up in a few months, and I'd like to play a piece or two for him.

I'm looking for something at a Grade 7-8 level or so and obviously, suitable for the occasion. Unfortunately, I won't be able to have piano accompaniment, so it'll be best if the piece still sounds nice without it. The best I can probably do is play a recording of the accompaniment, but then I would be restricted in expressiveness.

I'd appreciate any suggestions!
:D

Try Kuhlau's Six Divertisments......they are great without accompanyment and would fit nicely for a wedding setting.
