Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is alright to post here, but I'm looking for any accompaniment tracks available on the internet.
I find them very useful to practice. For example, I did find an mp3 track of Faure's Morceau de Concours with everything except the flute part. Very much like a "flute karaoke" version, if you will.
An example would be this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCGcQFfAFuE
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could possibly find more? Free for download preferably, since I'm still a student.
Thanks in advance!

Smart Music http://www.smartmusic.com is a great rehearsal tool. There is a yearly membership fee, but it could be well worth it if used a lot.

Re: Piano accompaniment tracks?
There are a few flute accompaniment tracks available at http://www.cdbaby.com/laurieeklaus. This is a newer music service company, and new tracks are being released almost monthly. Check the accompanists' website at http://www.accompanimentsbylaurie.com, too, where she often posts upcoming releases or you can post what pieces you would like to have released.

flutetunes.com has tons of mp3s for practicing along with - with and without the flute. You can also get them as MIDI if you want to fool around with the tempo.
