Hi~ The headjoint came with the flute. As far as benefits,
she does get a very rich lower and middle registers but it is a bit weak in the
upper register. She actually says my student Yamaha is better in the upper
register. Kim

nope. i didnt even know headjoint models had names. wow. my
school lets you rent flutes for free, and i've been doing that every day for
about 2 years. i prefer yamahas. gemeinharts? mine was sorta old and had an airy
tone quality. why dont i have it anymore? 2 minutes before my audition, it
completely fell apart...keys, wires, everything.
