Hi everyone! It''s been a while since my last visit, but here I am
again! Anyways I''m thinking about moving on and letting go of my old flute. I
have an Armstrong model 104. I began with this flute but I feel that I have
moved on enough to now seek for something better. My teacher sys I should look
for an open holed but it scares me to find out I have to work for the right
fingertip position!!! But anyways, I''m in an intermediate level now so I hope
some of you can recommend me what are some of the flutes that fit better in this
case without spending WAAAY to much CASH! So ya''ll let me know! THANKS!

hey i thought i was the only one who learned on an Armstrong
104! The best one I can direct you towards if you still want an Armstrong is the
303B model. I just got mine and it is about the same price as the 104 it is open
holed with a low B foot. They also come with a combo case for the flute and
piccolo. If you get a 303BP you get the flute and the 204 piccolo. I hope this
helps you. It says that the 303B is basic pro, but it is the same as an
intermediate.[:)] [;)]

Hey Sarabeth! Thanks a lot. I'll check it out! I know I also
thought I was the only one in here with a 104 model. Let me know if you know of
any links where I can check the 303.

Here are some sights:
http://www.cgconn.com/armstrong/armstrong.html
http://muzet.com/product_details.asp?id=244
http://www.music123.com/Armstrong-303B-i28373.music out of these 3 sites i
recomend going to the muzet one. I have gotten many products for my flutes from
there. They are located in Syracuse, NY.
