Pearl Elegant flute head joint tenon size??

Post by PiccoloBoy14 »

I'm looking into buying a Guo grenaditte head joint, but I need to know the exact tenon size of the pearl elegante "forza" head joint so I can buy the correct one. Does anyone know the size? Thanks!!

Flute bores are 19mm, pearl bodies are generally .40mm give or take a little for fitting. 19.8mm should be pretty close. You can't ever get an exact measurment for a perfect fit.

Barrels vary in size because of body tube thickness. (flute bores being pretty much the same) It is more important to know the tubing thickness to get a close ballpark measurment for headjoints than trying measure the tenon itself.
