Identify this flute piece (please?!)

Post by flashy714 »

Hope someone can help us identify this odd piece.

I was on hold the other day and the other party had this music playing.

Here's a link to a video (actually, there's no video, I just put the few seconds of music up on my youtube page!).

Hope someone out there can help me, thanks!,

You're in luck. I found the piece. You can thank shazam for this one.

The piece is "Monkeys Spinning Monkeys" by Kevin MacLeod
It's royalty free which could be nice.

Here is a video.

There is also free sheet music for all the parts. http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-fr ... 0Music.zip

Have fun~~

Thanks a bunch, Bob! I already downloaded the sheet music. Should be able to convert the bottom parts to bass and (alto?) flute.

Btb, what is shazam?

You're welcome :D . This would definitely be a fun song for a flute ensemble.

I'm surprised you've never heard of shazam. Shazam is an app for your phone. It listens to any song and uses techno-magic to name it. Hold the phone up to your video and I instantly get the name. It extremely useful. Here is their website Shazam. It's a must have app.
