What is the value of a a Gemeinhart M3S with a handcut Lamberson headjoint?

My flute teacher has offered me a Gemeinhart M3S with a head joint made my Lamberson. Assuming the condition is fine what would it be worth. Do you think you would want to play this flute? Should I be worried about the Gemeninhart having a older tuning system?
