Perma-frown affecting flute tone production?

I have been developing a perma frown and ever since that my flute tone production as suffered. Will Botox/derma fillers fix this issue? I have been playing flute for over 20 years. I have played in University symphonies, wind ensembles and NFA professional flute choir. But since the perma frown has developed it has been difficult for me to play 2nd octave notes (let alone the 3rd octave). I have never had this problem before. Any help is greatly appreciated!
