does anyone know what some websites are for free printable music?

I buy all of my music. Some of these websites offer music that is copyrighted, and printing off your own copies for free can constitute a violation of copyright law. Buying music saves you any possiblity that you might be violating copyright law, and will often times get you the piano or other scores that you need to properly perform the music. Of course, if you're looking for something that's a part of the public domain, you should be fine downloading it...Just be careful what you use those sites for.

8notes is ok. I don't know how legal it is but no agency has been at my door yet so it seems o.k.

They have some for free, and others that you can purchase for a minimal price. You can become a member for around $30 and then download a ton of music.

I didn't know about either of those sites. Are any of your recorded mp3s on there? I think that an interesting feature--having members contribute recorded versions of themselves playing the sheet music.
