Is this flute worth the price ?

I am a beginner and I have the opportunity to buy an] Haynes Amadeus AF500 in excellent condition for $ 275.00. Actually, the flute looks like new and plays perfectly. The seller says that it has been played just a few times. Is this flute (which I understand has been discontinued) worth the price ?

It sounds like a good deal. Almost too good. However, the worse case you have to dump some money into it. It would still be worth it at that price.
