Kessler and Sons, Las Vegas - would you recommend?

Has anyone done business with Kessler and Sons in Las Vegas? I'm considering ordering a piccolo from them but would appreciate some feedback from people who have dealt with them before I place an order.

About two years ago, I tried to buy a piccolo from them that was on their website, but it turned out it wasn't in stock.

So no, I haven't done business with them.

Kessler & Sons has a good reputation. Mostly known in Saxophone circles.
