My family doesn't usually do "New year's resolutions." I
made one last year (and really surprised myself when i kept it) and this year we
all just made goals that we want to accomplish. We did three categories;
1)something we WANT to do, 2)something we NEED to so, and 3)something to help
our SPIRITUAL life. Hopefully we'll all be able to keep them, i'm not so sure
about my want goal though. I'm wanting to write at least two poems each month
but i've been in a 'dry season' lately and can't write anything that sounds
right. Kwim? I love poetry!!! It's the best way i express my true self. I
wanted to go sky diving but my mom wouldn't let me. [:)]

to try skydiving also but my son will not let me. lol My main goal for this year
is to be playing the flute better and know all the notes by this time next year.

My goal for this year is to increase my practice time this
year. It seems that lately my practice time has really dropped down to mostly
weekends and my goal is to practice every day from now on. Kim
